1956 New Zealand South Africa' ceramic mug. Cameron Brown Snr and Dorothy Brown set up Sherwood Pottery. Base has marking 'Sporting Stein No. 2" and a maker's mark "Gillian Studio?" The same company made the Don Clarke boot from the same series.
