Inside cover signed by Vernon Pugh (iRB Chairman) Steve Waugh (Test cricketer), Myer Rosenblum (Former Wallaby 4 tests 1928) and John Howard (Australian Prime Minister).

The dinner programme on pages 26-27 further signed by Mike Carlton MC, Phil Harry ARU President and John Howard (PM).
